You can get the same outstanding results working out in the privacy and comfort of your home as you can by training in any gym or fitness center. Our proven in-home fitness techniques include the use of free weights, jump rope, resistive tubing, Swiss ball, exercise step, and mat, but we can also design a program with no equipment at all. We could remove every piece of equipment out of the gym and still give you the greatest workout because of our trainers' extensive knowledge in the science and practice of exercise.


The Apogee Fitness in-home personal training program offers:

  • One-on-one personal training sessions with a professional Apogee Fitness trainer.
  • Full lifestyle, health and fitness assessment.
  • A fitness regimen designed for your level of fitness and goals.
  • "Off- Day" programs, specially designed for days between personal training sessions.
  • Travel training programs.
A nationally certified Apogee trainer will conduct an initial assessment session with you.  During this session the following will be identified and addressed:

  • fitness level assessment
  • body composition and measurements
  • postural and structural assessment
  • lifestyle assessment
  • program goals and desired results

Following your initial assessment session your Apogee trainer will develop a customized program just for you.  Based on your needs and wants your program can include a nutrition program and/or strength and conditioning program.
